Pricing Policy: Prices quoted
are in Canadian dollars and are plus tax.
Prices are inclusive of breakfast.

Reservation Policy: You can
make your reservation request on line by e mail or fax using
our website request form. We will acknowledge receipt of
your request. You can also make your reservation request by
telephone.
We will then contact you by telephone to confirm room availability, answer any questions or discuss any special requirements you may have. We will also need to confirm your credit card details if you wish to confirm a booking.
We do not normally require advanced payment or a deposit. We do not charge for a cancellation made prior to 7 days. However cancellation within 7 days of the 3 pm check in time will be subject to a 10% charge. For a cancellation within 36 hours of the 3 pm check in time the full cost of the booking will be charged. However if we are able to re let the room to another party the 10% charge or the full booking charge will be refunded in full. There are no cancellation charges in the low season (October to May).

Check In/Out Policy:
Check- in is after 3:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am.
We will consider requests for earlier check-in and later
check-out provided this does not conflict with other
reservations.
No Smoking Policy:
We are a no smoking establishment.
Wheelchair Access:
We are equipped for wheelchair access with a convenient
access ramp directly from the front parking area, all
accommodation is on the same level.
